| Question |
| I am a 37 yr. old female, 128 lbs. I ride a stationary bike 5 days a week for 30 min. and drink plenty of water, and do strength training plus ab work 4 days a week. I do 2 videos for abs. The firm ab sculpt, and I want those abs. I can see some definition on the sides of my abs, and a little line in the middle of my upper abs in the right light and if I don't slouch, I pray it's not my eyes playing a game with me. Is this a sign of beginning definition ?
Also, for my size I don't need to lose weight I think, but how do I get rid of the jiggly, excess skin over my abs, I don't think it's fat. And I cannot afford any surgery. I only see it if I'm lying down or sitting, real loose, and jelly like, with a couple of rolls, but when I'm standing it looks good. Maybe it's normal to have some excess skin, but can I shrink it with exercise ? I'm afraid if I loose weight, the skin will get looser !!! If I continue to exercise will the ab muscles eventually push up against the skin making it look more smooth and defined ? Please respond back to my question to let me know if I am doind everything right.
Thank You |

| Sounds like you are off to a great start. Continue your workouts and be patient.
You might want to invest in a heart rate monitor. As you ride the stationary bike check your heart rate and try to push 30 seconds a little harder and then back to normal. Repeat this 6 times and continue drinking plenty of water.
Your ab workout sounds great. Keep up the great work and remember, be patient. |
