Question
HI.. I work for an orthodontic office and we meet every morning for a 20 minute meeting before patients. We would love to have some type of 10 min. exercise to get everyone geared up for the day. We have a fun office however everyone seems to dragging in the morning anymore and I would like to do something to get us pumped up for the day. Any help?
Answer
Great question and glad to see how you are thinking. It helps to have some music and make sure they know it will be short and fun. Start with a big stretch and a few shoulder rolls, forward and back. Then, start marching in place and if you have some music try a 1,2,3 clap your hands. This will help get them moving. Then, stretch one leg at a time by placing one leg in front and the heel down. Lean into the support leg and stretch the hamstring. Repeat on the other side. Finish with a big stretch and some arm circles in both directions. This will be short, fun and nothing too complicated. Let me know how it goes. There are so many ideas but let's start there. Have fun.
