Question
I am having trouble getting a straight answer wherever I go, so I hope you will be able to help me. My question is this, what is best for ridding yourself of celulite? I have a larger butt and thigh area, however am not fat. I want to lose the weight (some of it) in that area without increasing the size. Will lunges and squats increase the size of your butt and thighs and will they help decrease celulite or is that impossible to improve? I have been doing tred and bike, but don't know if that will improve my problem areas and if so in what way, either by toning or by burning calories? Thank you for your response and time.
Answer
Cellulite is subcutaneous fat. Whe you lose weight it is difficult to say where you will lose weight. The combination of proper diet, cardiovascular activity and strength training will give you a balanced and tone appearance. Hopefully, some of the cellulite (fat) will also disappear.
