| Question |
| i have big arms...runs in the family...i lift weights a lot and do cardio at least 3-4 times a week. the trainers at the gym assured me i could get toned arms...well i have been at it over 2 years now and i have now hurt my right forearm to the point where the pain is so bad that i cannot lift weights. they told me to lift heavier weights to get the fat off so i did and i hurt myself...and, i still have fat arms. is there anything short of liposuction that i can do? i eat a very good diet, have always been athletic, but these fat arms make me look bigger... |

| You need to work with the whole body and review your diet, cardio, weight training and flexibility.
First, go to a doctor and find out what is wrong with your arm. Then, find a trainer who can give you a balanced program. It sounds as though you were lifting too heavy. |
