Question
What are the benefits of walking a golf course?
Answer
A study of more than 100 male golfers with an average age of 55 revealed that players who walked during about two and a half rounds per week significantly increased aerobic performance and trunk muscle endurance. They also reduced their weight, abdominal skin fold thickness, and circumference of the waist. (from The American Medical Journal)
