| Question |
| I am 20 yrs old and I have lost 35 pounds over the last year, with the plan on losing about 5 more pounds. I am basically happy with the way my body looks now, except for my stomache area where I have a little excess skin. It's not much, but when sit the skin, not fat, sags a bit. I want to wear a bikini for the first time ever this summer, and I want to know if there is anything I can do to fix this. I do not want to undergo surgery. I have a regime of running, light yoga, crunches, and light weight lifting (5 pounds) with cardio. Is this enough? Is there something I can add? Will it eventually get better (it's not much) or am I stuck with the excess skin forever? Please help...thank you |
