| Question |
| My feet always hurt. Do you have any exercises to help me? |
| Answer |
| It really depends on many things. Have you been standing on your feet all day. If so, lay down and place your feet on a wall above your head level. Also, standing on a dead or flat tennis ball and massaging the bottom of your feet can decrease stiffness and increase circulation. You can also place a towel on the floor and curl the towel with your toes just to exercise the feet.
If your feet persist to hurt and you do not get relief from exercise then please contact your doctor for an exam. A Podiatrist would be a specialist in this area.
