| Question |
| I am very thin and have been all my life. I am naturally thin and never exercise and always eat whatever I want. Recently, I noticed that my legs and butt have gained a little fat and now I want to tone them. I would like to be healthy and start working out for health reasons and also to tone up my body, but I am afraid that exercise will make me lose weight and I DON'T want to lose ANY weight. What can I do to exercise and become fit without losing any weight or making myself look any thinner? By the way, I am a 28 yr. old female (in case that is important for you to know). Thanks! |

| Exercise is good for every body. You don't necessarily have to lose weight. You can tone muscles, build bones and decrease excessive body fat if need be.
