I than do 3 sets of ten leg lifts and do 3 sets of 10 different exercises with free weights. I will be getting a staionary bike soon and will be using that to work out everyday for 20-25 minutes. I am looking to tone& firm by butt, legs, thighs, and lose some inches on my hips. I can't afford to go to a gym or buy really expensive equipment. besides aerobics-this is hard for me,what do you suggest? please help!! thank u verrry much!
Answer
It looks like you are already off to a good start. You are warming up, performing cardio for about 30 minutes and have a series of strength conditioning exercises. How about adding some stretch at the end of the workout? Keep up the great work.
