| Question |
| I have been working to increase the muscle on my arms for about 3 months now. I'm 15, and started with small weights and progressed from there, when I felt comfortable doing so. I am wondering if you can provide me with some helpful hints of what to do, and what NOT to do when I am exercising. (For instance, what is the correct way, alternate styles, etc).
Thanks for the help!

| It is very important to start out gradually with each exercise. Not knowing which exercises you are performing makes it difficult to give recommendations for new or alternative exercises.
Are you using free weights or barbells? Which exercises are you doing? What weight are you using? |
