Question
I recently started to workout at a gym, and I do the exercise bike and the eliptical machine, when I am at the end of doing either of these, my feet fall asleep at the end of my toes, how can I prevent this? It makes me want to stop earlier than I want to.
Answer
There can be many answers for your problem. Try changing your shoes and perhaps getting a half size larger. Also, try to move your toes during the workout by wiggling them every minute or so. If neither of these ideas work please go see your foot doctor.
