Desktop Fitness - About Us

Our mission is to enhance people's lives through a variety of exercise programs that are fun, entertaining and easy to do.

We are people who sit at computers, desks, in chairs, in cars, in planes for many hours. As days, weeks, months, years would go by, we noticed that our shoulders were rounding forward, our backs ached, our shoulders, necks and even wrists hurt. Something was wrong.

In order to help reverse these conditions, the first program that we developed is "Desktop Exercising". This program is simple to follow, easy to do and takes no more than two minutes of your time.
